Stayed in March for the weekend with hubby for his birthday. Reception team are friendly and helpful, very happy to guide you on travel and places to visit. This is clearly a business hotel, the rooms are clean and functional, the bathroom was fine with amenities you’d expect. We had a terrible view from our room,, we were facing the back of the hotel overlooking a huge crane! The workmen drilling and making a racket at 7am on Friday morning weren’t great! The room was very warm and we were unable to get the air con working at all. Breakfast was not included so mostly we went into the city (where coffee shops and cafe’s are plentiful!) apart from the last day, where we had breakfast in the hotel. Reasonable buffet, good quality but quite expensive at £22.50 a per person.

Excellent location. Location is excellent. Hotel is a five minute walk to Rennwegg station which connects direct to the airport. There is a tram stop nearby however we prefer to walk. Only a twenty minute walk to the historic centre. Our room was clean and serviced daily, however the room was dated and tired and in need of updating. Carpet was badly stained. Reception staff were helpful and friendly.

Hotel situated very close the city centre (1 km from Stephansplatz, Wien Mitte). Near the was Rennweg subway station. Very quiet hotel. The room (514) was large. Hotel needs to be renovated. Had sauna and gym. We miss you Vienna, and will be back this hotel. Sure 👍👍👍.

It was the worst stay in the hotel I’ve ever had. The room itself ned to be renovated. The bathroom was awful - there was mould, the shower hose didn’t work, it was possible to get water only in the tub, the door handle in the bathroom was up to fall down when being used. In addition to it, it was cold at night as air conditioning system for heating worked extremely loudly and I couldn’t use it. After my check-out the hotel charged extra 20 euros without letting me know - I don’t know for what. And finally I forgot one thing in the room, I was still in Vienna so returned to the hotel to take it but they said that couldn’t find it anywhere. Not recommend to stay in this hotel - for this price there are much more better options in Vienna.

We booked a family room for a weekend Christmas Market break in December 2023. The location was perfect - a short walk from Renweg station with great links to the airport. Close to trams into the city and a short walk to Belvedere Palace. The staff were very friendly & knowledgeable. One thing we loved was the option of not having our room cleaned in return for "vouchers" for snacks & drinks (inc wine/beer) at reception. On a 3 night stay, cleaning wasn't really necessary so this felt like a great option! The room (we had a family room) was comfortable and clean if a little noisy at night - but this didn't really impact our sleep too much.
